Next step for the project – mounting front wheel. Custom front wheel axle has been made from 304 stainless steel. Very simple and lightweight wheel spacers have been turned from aluminium.

Inside diameter of wheel bearings is 25mm, but inside diameter of fork bottoms is 32mm. So a bushing and a nut for axle have been turned from aluminium.

Front brake rotor adapter has been designed and modeled in CAD. These will allow to adapt Kawasaki ZX-6R brake components to H-D Sportster brake rotor mounting place.

H-D Sportster bolts pattern diameter: 82.5mm.
Kawasaki ZX-6R bolts pattern diameter: 100mm.

Center bore diameter: 56mm.

H-D Sportster bolts thread: 5/16-18 UNC.
Kawasaki ZX-6R bolts thread: M8x1.25.
