Performance Sportster – Wheels hubs

Hubs have been designed to match OEM Harley-Davidson Sportster hubs dimensions. The widths between the bearings are the same. The bearing housings are the same. The brake rotors and the pulley bolts patterns are the same. This means that all the hubs are a little bit different, none of them are the same.

CNC machined in house from billet EN AW-6082 aluminium.

Front hubs are smaller and lighter. With thinner walls and pockets for weight reduction. They bolt directly to the wheel with 5xM8 bolts.

Rear hubs differ from the front ones in design a little bit. They have extruded star pattern at their backs and it will mate with same pattern pockets on the wheel.

Rear hubs will have to sustain bigger forces than the front ones because of the belt drivetrain. To prevent bolts from shearing this solution has been implemented.

Rear hubs are bigger and heavier. With thicker walls and no pockets for weight reduction. They bolt directly to the opposite hub with 5xM8 bolts.
