The complete kit to convert stock Harley-Davidson Sportster front end to Kawasaki ZX6R (’05-’06) inverted forks with radial brakes front end.

All components are CNC machined from solid billet EN AW-6082 aluminium for maximum strength.

Available in anodized black, silver or raw finishes.

Manufactured in Europe.

Forks (Kawasaki ZX-6R ’05-’06) – refurbished:
– new dust seals;
– new oil seals;
– new oil (Motul 10W).

Brake calipers (Tokico – Kawasaki ZX-6R ’05-’06) – refurbished:
– new dust seals;
– new oil seals;
– new pad pins.

Brake rotors (Kawasaki ZX-6R ’05-’06) – refurbished:
– 5.31mm thickness (min. 5.00mm).

Handlebar risers:
– 45mm (1-3/4″) height;
– 28.6mm (1-1/8″) diameter – Fatbar (MX) style.

Dashboard:
– with trip button hole.

Description

Some of the components offered here are in refurbished state. It means that the components have been completely disassembled, cleaned, checked, repaired if needed and updated with new seals and liquids. However, this does not include esthetics refurbishment. All the parts are in working order but might have dings, scratches, paint pealing or other blemishes that are completely natural for older used parts.

The front wheel hub might need to be drilled and tapped UNC 5/16-18 for second brake rotor if standard Harley-Davidson front wheel hub had only one rotor. Please make sure that the wheel hub is symmetrical on both sides and there is a flat surface for brake rotors to mount.
