Orders for items in stock are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, for made to order items – 5-10 business days. We will provide tracking number when your order ships to the email. We ship worldwide, so prices differ by the size of package and area that we are sending to. The shipping prices are stated at the checkout.
We ship our stock from European Union.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not take responsibility for Customs fees outside the EU.

If you want to return or exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com. We require an invoice or other proof of purchase. In general we will consider all the cases for the return or exchange, so do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any custom made one-off products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
